As part of Natural Medicine Week in May, I invite you to a Workshop on:
Microbes and Mood
How the microbes in your gut effect how you feel
We are inherently meant to feel good, and yet many of us feel flat, demotivated, foggy headed and down much of the time, or we keep ourselves so active or busy that we don't need to feel these feelings.
Depression is the number one disability in the western world and it is getting worse especially in our young ones.
This workshop will look at the microbes that live in the gut that contribute to these symptoms and those microbes that help us feel naturally good, and learn 3 simple things you can do to help promote your 'feel good' microbes.
We are inherently meant to feel good. Why is it then that so many suffer from conditions such as anxiety and depression? And why do many people feel sub-optimal much of the time? Our gut is one of the key factors to emotional health and wellbeing. This workshop will look at how our gut flora and our digestion influences how we feel, our emotions and even how we think.
