We are inherently meant to feel good.  Why is it then that so many suffer from conditions such as anxiety and depression? And why do many people feel sub-optimal much of the time?  Our gut is one of the key factors to emotional health and wellbeing. This workshop will look at how our gut flora and our digestion influences how we feel, our emotions and even how we think.
