Gut Health and Emotions

  • Bronwyn Sach Herbalist 4/188 Pacific Highway North Sydney, NSW, 2060 Australia (map)

We are inherently meant to feel good.  Why is it then that so many suffer from conditions such as anxiety and depression? And why do so many people feel sub-optimal much of the time? Many experience fogginess, fatigue, irritability or don't cope well with stress?

Our gut is one of the key factors to mental and emotional health. This workshop will look at how our gut flora and our digestion influences how we feel, our emotions and even how we think.

Looking to your gut or “second brain” and improving your gut flora and digestion can improve not only your general health but also your mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

As part of this workshop you have the option of having your stool analysis done, to get to know your individual microbiome.  Book and pay for your test here.  Please order your test kit asap as it can take up to 6 weeks to get the results. If your results have not arrived before the workshop, you will still benefit and you have an individual consult with me to review your results.

Afternoon tea and notes are provided.

Cost includes a follow up 1/2 hr consult to review your test results.

Cost $$125 or Early Bird bookings $100 (book and pay by end of April)
