Microbes and Mood

  • Bronwyn Sach Hebalist Clinic Rooms 4/188 Pacific Highway North Sydney, NSW, 2060 Australia (map)

We are inherently meant to feel good, and yet many of us feel flat, demotivated, foggy headed and down much of the time, or we keep ourselves so active or busy that we don't need to feel these feelings.

Depression is the number one disability in the western world and it is getting worse especially in our young ones.

This workshop will look at the microbes that live in the gut that contribute to these symptoms and those microbes that help us feel naturally good, and learn 3 simple things you can do to help promote your 'feel good' microbes.

I would love to see you if you can - come along to give your 'feel good' microbes a boost - they deserve it and so do you!!
