Mindfulness for Mental Health


Learn and master 4 core mindfulness practices which will help improve your mental health and wellbeing.

During our 4 weeks together, you will build skills and resilience to handling difficult thoughts and feelings/emotions. The aim is not to get rid of or control difficult thoughts and emotions, but to be able to reduce their impact over you and to get on with what you need to do even though these difficult private experiences show up.

The practices are based on Acceptance Committment Therapy and my practice of Zen meditation for the last 15+ years
