Bone Broth in Summer!!

Finding it difficult to keep up with essential bone broth during the hot weather?...I have been enjoying a range of  homemade jellies and adding gelatin to homemade iceblocks (fresh vegetable and fruit juice or herbal teas such as rosehip or lemon, honey and ginger make wonderful iceblocks).  I had a break from hot soups and Bouillon over the christmas break and recently was delighted to have an old favourite - simple chicken and vegetable soup...WOW!  I was reminded how important it is to listen to our bodies as well as our brains when deciding what to eat...when we really enjoy our food and it 'hits the spot' we digest it better and it seems so healing.
